illegal snarring of albertas wild horses

ive just received news of culprits or culprit sarring wild horses out behind a red deer rangers station. they cut the fence to allow access to the horse trail. they used ropes around their legs. this is illegal and anyone whos seen a white dogge truck with a siver trailer is to let myself or whoas no there is a 500 dollar reward . Do you find this valuable?
